Balling on a Budget: Costume and Wardrobe in Independent Film

Kristin Dundon, is a costume designer, costume creator, stylist and wardrobe coordinator and supervisor based in the Lehigh Valley.  Her work recently leapt off the stage into film and television.  Before landing her role as Costume Designer in Daniel Roebuck’s “Getting Grace”, Dundon primarily worked in the theater and in ballet.  However, 2016 marked the beginning of her foray into the independent film and commercial television space and for the past three years, she has worked alongside production company In The  Wee Hours on their reincarnation of the iconic and award winning JGWentworth commercial series, and several short films. Her work is marked by authenticity, creativity, and resourceful sensitivity to the limited budgets of independent films and theatrical productions. Her credits include 6 feature films, 20 nationally televised commercials, 3 short films, 3 music videos and many more theatrical productions.

We will also go over the results of our first FiFo contest #NotAnotherFilmFestival.

It was an outstanding evening that we will be sure to replicate next year offering more money to be used for local independent filmmaking!!
